Scheduled for completion by late Summer 2020, Alico Business Park is located at 16291 Domestic Avenue along the Alico Road corridor with immediate proximity to I-75 and the Southwest Florida International Airport. Comprised of four buildings totalling 180,000 SF, the developer, Allan Development Group designed two sets of twin buildings (dock height and grade level) as a multifunctional compound for small, mid and large scale business operation.
Building Type A, two twins of the four buildings, are dock height with a total of 120,000 SF of space. Extra detail was added to the exterior elevation to fulfill our Class-A design. Each of the two buildings have 150' depth with column spacing in 50' increments, and 24' clear height. In the loading dock area, 4 concrete ramps were built to accomodate tenants with forklift or other transport vehicle operations. Asking rent for Type A is $8.25 Net with $2.25 CAM fees.
Building Type B, the other two of the four total buildings are grade level flex buildings with a total amount of space of 60,000 SF, devisible to 1,800 square foot bays. Ceiling height is 18' clear and all bays have their own private entryway. Each building has 16 garage doors with their own man-door's adjacent to it. The internal depth for tenants is 75' allowing businesses to add improvement or office space and still have ample space for storage and distribution functions.
