Island Storage Suites has been recognized in media as one of the most unique and successful projects this area has seen in quite some time.  Embraced by the community and fondly known as “The Mancaves,” the project consists of 8 buildings totaling 120,000 square feet broken into 68 individual units of luxury condominium suites that resemble oversized garages.  Known as one of the first of its kind in the state of Florida, Allan Development Group achieved 100% sellout prior to breaking ground.

These garages ranging from 1,300 to over 2,100 square feet provide secure, climate-controlled suites where their owners can preserve and enjoy their most prized possessions.  Perfect for “toys” like exotic or vintage automobiles, Class-A RVs, boats and watercraft, or sports memorabilia.  Some owners have even decked out their units that would embarrass some of the best sports bars in town.  

Far from any typical storage unit they allow for optional mezzanine spaces owners can design and add for entertaining or just relaxation – each with customized interiors that reflect their owner’s personal style.  Twice a year, the facility hosts “Mayhem at the Mancaves,” a party consisting of owners friends and family that grows to over 500 guests that enjoy some of the best live band talent, food trucks, cocktail/beer tents and hand-crafted Nicaraguan cigars.
